Check out some of the cool things on my gift-giving list this year.
Double Dish Snack Bowl I know a lot of people that love pistachios.
Spilt Milk Cereal Bowl No comment, just looks awesome.
Food Face Dinner Plate. These are so rad. I am considering tossing all my current plates and just buying a full set of these.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Pouch I'd love to carry an unwrapped PB & J around in my bag, wouldn't you?
Positivity Glass. Because it never hurts to have a little reminder.
Bubble Necklace. This thing is so sick. I may have to gift myself.
Peanut Pin. I like this because I am nuts. And if you get it this year, you might be nuts, too.
Confetti Scarf. Way funky. Would look so rad on anyone's jacket.

She's Amazing. Lilybuns, You're Amazing.
Just try and convince me that this is not the sweetest and most adorable thing you have ever seen. For the record, it was totally unscripted and off the cuff. I did not even know that Madeleine knew the word 'amazing' or what it meant.
Why can't I view this video in Safari? Does it show up for anyone else? Is this a legit issue or am I just an imbecile? I can see the video when I use Firefox.

Typos, A La Carte
Great article about poorly written menus. Chinese restaurants have the best menus. They are almost always littered with quotation points and exclamation points. I also love when restaurants advertise their daily specials with excessive punctuation. I appreciate their enthusiasm for the soup of the day, but honestly, it just makes me lose my appetite.
God help me if there is a typo or misspelling in this post.

Oh, For Shame!
Give me a break. Sarah Jessica Parker is all upset about some tin-foily looking dress that she wore to the movie premiere. Apparently, it had been wore before. Twice!
"Look, my affection for the dress hasn't changed," she tells the paper, "but what they did was so short-sighted. It's just unethical and disappointing that they would allow the dress to be worn again."
Unethical? I wonder how she would feel about the two outfits that I rotate week after week after week.
In other Sarah Jessica Parker news...here. (The "Neigh" sound effect is the best.)

The Everyday Visuals do 'Pet Sounds'.
There are so few bands that I would approve of to cover 'Pet Sounds',and, lucky for you, this just happens to be one of them.

It's all downhill from here...
I am embarrassed to admit this, but, due to intense peer pressure, my two children and dog now have Facebook pages. If your babies or dogs wand to request the friendship of my babies or dog, just let me know. Mom 2.0.

I'm Popular (on the Internet.)
Since getting involved with Flickr, Blogger, Facebook, JPG, etc., I find that I have many more e-friends that actual living, breathing friends. (Sure, they are living, breathing people, I have just never met them in real life.)
I often find myself talking about them based on what I have seen in their pictures on Flickr or their blog posts. My husband thinks I am a total nut.
We were out a few weeks ago for the annual St. Patrick's Day parade. I turned toward the sidewalk and exclaimed: "Hey, I know that guy!"
"Really? How? Why don't you go say 'Hello' to him?" my husband responds.
"From the internet. He's my e-friend from Flickr." I respond. "I can't just go up and talk to him. He will think I am a psycho. We only exist together on the internet, not in the real world. I would like to leave it that way."
My husband looks at me as if I am a lunatic. "That's weird." he says.
I just shrug, content to be appreciated and liked, if only in my e-world.

This is harder than it looks.
To anyone that disses 'professional bloggers', try it some time. Try to post something everyday that will keep readers interested, and more importantly, returning. Sure, my days are interesting, but I am almost positive that they are only interesting to me. I will not bore you with cute one-liners or bad words at inappropriate times said by my nearly two-year old. Unless you are truly interested. If so, contact me and I will fill you in. In excruciating detail.
