The good news is that I got my computer back today. The bad news is that it was not fixed.
When I dropped it off, neither the keyboard nor the trackpad were working. Now that I have it back, the trackpad works as long as you are not scrolling up and only half of the keys work.
This would be the perfect computer if I was a writer on Wheel of Fortune.
