Damn it, I missed two days, but I swear I have a good reason.
I was attending a two-day training for the Life is good Playmakers Power Play program. I was allowed to 'tag along' to the training, even though I am not technically an early childhood educator.
I met many great teachers from all over New England who are going above & beyond their classroom duties. I was also introduced to some revolutionary ideas regarding positive discipline and behavior management. I've ordered a few books and cannot wait for them to get here!
Hopefully, my experiences with these techniques & ideas will lead to some more significant and interesting posts here. Bear with me.

- I am married and have two little kids. I also have a dog. Before the baby, I worked at a big, fancy company but now I stay home. I enjoy reading, digital photography, photo editing, writing, drawing, crocheting, coloring, crossword puzzles and plenty of other generic hobbies. NH: Sometimes my photos show up here. Plus, Tracy Lee is the coolest friend ! have never met
Crafty: At last, the parents of Art Majors can sleep easy knowing their little artist may finally get a break. Seriously, this stuff is rad. I wish it were me.
Look Like You Are Creative: The lazy mans Photoshop. Go here to tweak your photos and impress others. No one will know you are totally cheating.
My E-Friend: This is my friends husband. We have never met, but have been emailing frequently since I found out they were expecting. He is cool. I approve. (Update: They now have a baby and she is just perfect!)
Our Zen Garden: This is another friends blog about her family! She has a super-cute (and way too smart kid!).
