Since I have a very short attention span, I am unable to focus on one single thing for very long. This has been both a blessing and a curse throughout my life. One of the positive side effects of my constantly roving attention span is my ability to read multiple books of differing genres and styles at one time. I maintain an active and overflowing basket of books next to my bed.
